Basically, this is a reference to Miller's connection to the Center for Immigration Studies, an immigration restrictionist organization. Meanwhile, the Democratic Party's wholehearted support for black supremacist organizations like BLM(M) (i.e. Black Lives Matter More) and the Congressional Black Caucus remains A-OK with the Southern Poverty Pimp Law Center.
