Interesting to see Shelby not supporting the progressive Democrat this time around. Although, I suppose that could change if Tuberville wins the primary.
Just FYI, I spend a fair amount of time on Capitol Hill and mostly with Senators and members of Congress from Alabama and Shelby told me that he’s done after this term. His most likely successor is Congressman Rob Aderholt, who’s a pretty good guy. He was among the House Republicans who crashed Schiff’s impeachment party with Nunes, Jordan, Meadows, Collins & Co.
