I think the foreign owners and masters of the Rat party wanted Biden because they know he would take their orders no problem unlike Bernie would have as an independent which is why they dumped Bernie over Hillary and now Biden. But I think as time goes on they are going to realize Biden has no chance of winning no matter how much spying, media manipulation and election fraud they can come up with and I think he's going to be replaced in the coming months. It could be Hillary if someone like Soros so orders it or it could be Michael Obama who they are pampering already for a run...
