Hmmm. We shall see. You do understand that the act of putting a knee on the back of the neck is trained technique in the Minneapolis police department right? So him doing that was part of his training. you may disagree on why he did it or that he needed to do it for how long he kept it going, but the act itself is a legit police technique in MN.
Killing suspects in custody is not, so far as I know, is a technique the police department endorses. If you misuse an approved technique and the suspect dies because of it then the fact that the technique was approved should be irrelevant. The officer misused the technique and killed a man while misusing it so he should face charges.
What we all saw is revolting to a sensible society.
