Commented on trump and polls prior to 2016 election never once thought they were right and knew many people who never voted who came out for trump

So you’re saying that you’ve actually talked to numerous white people who voted for Trump in 2016 or who were seriously considering voting for Trump this time who have decided to vote for Biden just because of Black Lives Matter? I’ve never come across anyone like this myself—not even online much less in person.
However, if the people you are talking about were Hillary voters, already left of center, or just people who weren’t going to vote for Trump anyway, then it really doesn’t matter what excuse they are using for voting for Biden and their hatred of themselves because of their skin color won’t matter. I’ve (sadly) talked with many white people with these sort of (racist, leftist, manipulated) views before, but not a single one of them would ever have considered voting Trump.
What I’ve seen in the red-leaning, non-urban, mostly white area of FL I’m in is a greater willingness to show support of Trump with flags, bumper stickers, signs, etc. this time around, and most of the people I’ve talked to are unhappy with the “protesters” destroying statues and burning buildings, etc. (including a couple Obama voters), rather than thinking it’s all deserved or something because of “white guilt.”

Bingo. Most people I talk to are ticked off big time regarding BLM and Antifa and terrorists running amuck in various U.S. cities. They are horrified and aghast, and I live just north of Tampa. Tampa, being a big city and run by a Dem mayor has had some rioting, and Floridians to a large extent, don’t like that at all.
