Dr. Anthony Fauci has some very bad news for theater lovers.
In a recent Instagram Live chat with actress Jennifer Garner, the top coronavirus expert said it will most likely remain unsafe to sit in a theater until a year after a vaccine is released, according to TheatreMania.
“When are we going to be able to sit in a theater and watch our favorite performers up on stage again,” Garner asks Fauci in the interview.
“I think it’s going to be a combination of a vaccine that has been around for almost a year and good public-health measures,” he replied.
“If we get a really good vaccine and just about everybody gets vaccinated, you’ll have a degree of immunity in the general community that I think you can walk into a theater without a mask and feel like it’s comfortable that you aren’t going to be at risk,” Fauci said.

At risk of getting some detectable SARS CoV 2 RNA in your nose in quantity too small to transmit disease? Or at risk of being hospitalized, or of death?
All three of this possibilities makes you a “case of COVID”, but they have very different ramifications, both for individuals, but more importantly for society.
If you are 70, obese, hypertensive, diabetic and COVID antibody negative, and in the last 7 days COVID tests in your city had a > 10% positivity rate, you should probably postpone that theater visit.
I think that is a key point - Fauci's prescriptions are often far more damaging to the collectivists' miseducation operations and agenda than they are to conservative business owners. Schools and theaters and sports remain closed...so what? Who is that really hurting the most?
The quickest way to end the lockdowns in blue states is for conservatives to embrace them - and ramp up the damage they are causing to the Left.

So? Going to live theater shows, like Broadway, only attracts a very, very small percentage of the US population who can afford to pay for such overpriced tickets.
Most people couldn’t care less about live theater. They would just like to be able to go to a restaurant and have a pleasant dinner occasionally.
Go back to the story on what it takes to build a simple pencil. Shutting down any one thing for this farce effects countless entities and must be stopped.
