Its hard to tell from the security video of the shooting but based on the relative height of the shooter to the top of of police cruiser he looks and walks like a kid, maybe 9 or 10.
That’s even scarier than an adult since he probably can’t be given real prison time but only juvenile home time.

Just one of countless examples: The only thing it says about the hospital incident is that LEOs were "enraged" merely by the fact that "a small group of protesters had gathered there". It says absolutely nothing at all about what those protestors said and did.
Radio news coverage sounded very familiar going back to when the same stuff was happening in New York .Where cops were being murdered as the aftermath of Obama using the Zimmerman trial and the Bully Pulpit creating racial division defending resisting arrests which resulted racial attacks on innocents traversing black neighborhoods and attacks on police officers.
Those so called “protesters” at the hospital in this should be considered accomplices and also held responsible.
It looks like a man to me, fat but perhaps short. He looked about average from another camera - that was a fish-eye lens that made him look so small.
In any case, I think his gait is so weird because he’s trying to keep his baggy shorts up. Notice what looks like underwear sticking out over the top as he runs. They run with their knees angled outwards so the pants won’t slip over them.
Definitely odd, though, whatever the cause.

Yes the response from law enforcement officials matches as does Trump & Biden BUT from "city leaders" and the academics quoted in this full article, the response is equivocal and conditional condemnations. Of course they also managed to squeeze in a referrence to blame Trump and Kenosha here;
