This is a debate between Wallace and Trump. He always asks the first question to Trump and then let’s Biden chime in once Biden gets oriented to what question it is and is told what to say.
Wallace is protecting Biden by giving his handlers more time to orient him.
Basically, Wallace is taking Biden out of the debate so he can’t make any mistakes! Biden really keeps saying the same stuff over and over again!
