Even Armenia does not recognize Nagorno-Karabakh. It is just out there twisting in the wind. Sad but true. Azerbaijan has no fear, unless they hit Armenia proper.
Armenia lives in a sea of enemies, and just recalled its ambassador to Israel for "consulations" over Israel's past arms sales to Azerbaijan.
