What shall we do with Mr. Gorden who is capable of beating and stomping a woman unconscious, in public ? He apparently is not afraid of accountability. How about he is released into the company of the young ladies Father and adult male relatives for a private “consultation” and have his attitude “rearranged” .....
My dad who was a cop as he was dying told me this: you are the man of the house now. Anyone does anything to any of the women here, it is your responsibility to “take care of it”. Do not rely upon the justice system. I know you are smart enough to not get caught. BTW, he was not differentiating between criminals by race, it was anyone who did bad.
When more people take this attitude, things with straighten up IMO.
I haven’t researched this specific mall but I do know all malls run by Simon Malls are universally posted against handgun carry by citizens. Simon is a dominant mall owner so it’s very possible this is one of theirs.

Black priviledge in action. Don’t know about the local politics, but hope it is better than the liberal enclaves like Portland or Seattle. There, he would be let go and the bystander who threw the chair would be charged and the girl would be erased from the news.
In the free states left in the US, all this means is that if your piece is seen by someone in authority they can ask you to leave the mall. If you leave peacefully, that is the end of it.
OTOH going to a mall these days is asking for trouble. There is nothing I need so fast that I can not buy it on the internet, and probably for a lower price.
