If these media participants aren’t charged criminally, I hope they are sued in the wrongful death suit. This insanity needs to be exposed and the media not be allowed to cover up for each other.

Last I checked he was still being held in jail without bail on on suspicion of 1st degree homicide.

But he hasn’t been formally charged in an arraignment yet,

Pinkerton said that the shooter was NOT an employee or contract. Not sure if that is true but if you take their statement at face value, then there would not be any liability by Pinkerton. I.e all liability would be on 9News.

So, 9News hired Pinkerton for security, but Pinkerton says he was not an employee, so that would seem to make him an infiltrator pretending to be a security guard so that he could kill a Trump supporter?

My guess is the affliate isn’t owned by NBC.. so they will probably go bankrupt and sell.
