Man who fired 'warning shot' near Rittenhouse charged Case strengthens teen's claim of self-defense

The man who fired the first shots from behind Illinois teen Kyle Rittenhouse during the fatal incident in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been charged, according to the Gateway Pundit.

Joshua Ziminski, 35, was charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the Aug. 25 incident.

Shortly after the shooting, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden released a video accusing Rittenhouse of being a "white supremacist," which immediately drew a rebuke from Rittenhouse's lawyers.

The lawyers argue there is no public evidence that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.

Attorney Lin Wood threatened the Biden campaign with legal action if the claim was not withdrawn.

Donors already have raised more than $500,000 to help with the teen's defense.

This is the second thing. First they determined no gun over state lines. Now there’s another gun discharged. We still don’t know what gun killed chasing perv guy. And then a ton of video of the open street run.

When I saw and heard the original video that was put out there I knew there was more than just the AR being discharged. First discharge I heard was NOT the AR.

The first guy he killed was hit at least 4 times. Rittenhouse fired 3 to 4 shots but one was into the ground. I'm thinking one of the idiots shot their own kind. I think they fired at Rittenhouse and hit their own guy. I wonder if they have video of the person or people who tried to shoot Rittenhouse in the back as he was retreating towards the police?

Pretty sure you are close - the fatal shot was to Rosy’s back. Mr. Z was acting very belligerently earlier when he was with Skateboard guy and Rosy - Mr. Z can be seen holding a pistol at the Gas Station.

There is some reasonable conjecture regarding the first shooting. The fact that the head shot did not have an exit wound implies that the bullet was a smaller caliber than Kyle’s weapon. Even if Kyle was using .223 caliber bullets, a head shot would almost certainly exited the skull. If Kyle had used 5.56 bullets, there would not have been much skull left to examine.

The fact that the head shot did not have an exit wound

Did it have an entrance wound? ...Or was it a deep graze. It is not listed as the fatal shot.

If the Charging attorney is smart he will use the charging of this individual as a basis to reassess his theory of this case and reduce or drop his charges against Kyle.

I think that Kyle’s defense attorneys could probably make a case of a coordinated attack against Kyle. (Conspiracy by Antifaks.)

The Antifa felon that pointed a handgun at Kyle that was shot in the arm was a felon in possession of a handgun. Why has this person not been charged and sitting in jail?

$500K?

Let’s not forget that Wisconsin has set only cash bail or equivalent property of $2 million. No bailbonds men in WI.

Meaning that after the extradition hearing Kyle may be put into Wisconsin AG custody where death threats are a serious concern.

Urge all to contribute to help Kyle Rittenhouse...it’s just him and his working mom.
