10K is A LOT, but Im sure these ballots have been filled out by a behind the scenes for MONTHS to gin up hundreds of thousands of fraudulant ballots.

1 or 2, maybe even a couple of hundred could be fairly innocent / lone mischievousness - but 10k?

That is factory farmed fraud and would have to involve a fair number of people.
