I was a TV reporter for many years. Lost three colleagues to firings when they said something similar thinking their mics were off.
Mics and cameras are unforgiving.
From my point of view, I don’t think he was cursing over technical difficulties. He probably was cursing because he learned the GSA will not certify Biden as President-elect.
