He needs lawyers who know what they are doing...for example this is filed by PA in the ongoing issue. Trump has a legitimate issue but clowns are running the show

Agree.

Our side needs to be educating people on this entire process.

Fraud cases with efforts to flip results to Trump are difficult to prove and time-consuming compared to a Declaratory Judgement by SCOTUS invalidating votes in multiple States as a result of unconstitutional acts by the Courts or Governors or SOS’s.

Learn to read. That’s not what the article said, (leftist article), it stated “pending ruling.” But if you keep up with Lin Wood’s post, it is ordered as of this afternoon on requests 1a-4c. Stay tuned, Jordan Sekulow filed a suit in GA late today & its massive. More coming! Grinning face with smiling eyes

"The vast majority of American voters have absolutely no clue that President Trump is challenging the election. Instead, they think the vote counters are just finishing up their vote counting and then Biden will be inaugurated on January 20."

This is true, but this is good news!

Because if and when we do overturn the results of this fraudulent election, most of the public will be like "how about that!", not exactly the hysterical reaction the msm wants the public to have, lol.

Looks like the lawsuit Sekulow was referring to on Newsmax was the Sidney Powell Lawsuit.

Almost two weeks away? TWO WEEKS? When these election thefts should be addressed RIGHT NOW?

According to this page

https://www.usatoday.com/in-depth/news/2020/11/16/trump-election-lawsuits-republicans-battleground-states-vote-count/6177538002/

there are 9 pro-trump lawsuits, of which 5 are associated with trump and 4 associated with the GOP. I am not certain which one this is (but *cringe*; it could be a funding issue, a dearth of appellate lawyer talent willing to step up to the plate, lack of time, haste due to last minute changes in representation combined with denial of request for delay, or something else... sigh...). It does sound on the surface as if it could be a correctable error(?) if they can hustle back at the district level (?). (Sodden thought, could it be a deliberate delaying tactic?)

—not an appellate level lawyer certified to appear in federal jurisdiction (lol).

in any case, an interesting peek at some very heavy duty slogging that is going on...

So true, granted. However, I believe the NV case is being brought about in light of the general impression that the fraud is so blatant, the contest so close, and the relief sought so simple, that strategically from the pro trump forces perspective, it would have been too good to pass up as low hanging fruit for the path that projects hypothetical wins in GA and MI and losses in the other major and not-so-major swing states (as usual,I may be missing something).

That is nothing more than lawyerly bullshit.

For example, “ordinarily” does nor apply to an extraordinary situation. That’s not the only bullshit argument in this one page of a pleading.

A sizeable majority of the public believes there was fraud in the election. That majority will only grow. This makes it easier for judges to actually obey the law in their decisions.

Will also pressure John Roberts to do the right thing.

See the problem is most lawyers don’t even have the balls to stay with trump. But way to go smashing at the guy that is the only one to stay around :-)

The mainstream media got to you about a dripping sweat huh? How weak :)

So they’re allowing the hearing over a week after certifying the election? Gee, thanks.
