I believe you but what is your source for this? and are you sure it is the same for all of the counties?

But a state election board rule requires county election officials to begin processing absentee ballots — verifying signatures on the outer envelope, opening the envelopes and scanning the ballots — before Election Day.

I recall hearing it on CNN tonight, don’t recall if NewsMax, War Room or Fox covered it.
Rove sort of estimating Republicans can win based on trends.
BUT not knowing the real numbers and margins outstanding, it’s clear democrats can win.
Saw Perdue is up by 2%, remember Trump being up by 4% about this time on election night. Think NY Times analysis is right, this sucks.

What will get people away from the keyboards and to the barricades? Flagrant fraud and commie coups do not appear to be enough.
Perdue and Loeffler are currently up, but DeKalb is holding back most of its count. Only 37% reported, about 84 % of that going to the commies. Richard Baris, a very good GOP pollster, is saying that there is probably too much dem vote still out for P and L to overcome.
according to the NYT a lot of dem areas still left to report as usual..waiting until the last minute to see how much they need to win.
Sean Trende, Erick Erickson say Loeffler has lost and Perdue will lose by a hair.
