Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s cover-up of nursing home deaths from COVID-19 hid nearly 1,900 fatalities in New York City alone — with new figures sending the tally at one Queens facility skyrocketing more than 1,000 percent.
A Post analysis of the latest state Health Department data shows that 5,443 nursing home residents have been killed by the coronavirus in the Big Apple.
That statistic includes 1,885 seniors who died in hospitals and weren’t included in the official DOH count of nursing home deaths until the Cuomo administration finally began releasing their numbers, under duress, in the wake of a damning report last month from state Attorney General Letitia James.

Torn between needing to inflate the number of deaths and not wanting people to know how many of them were convalescent patients. On the one hand saving taxpayers the cost of warehousing unwanted old people, on the other hand appearing callous and uncaring. Being awarded an Emmy award for being the top-rated politician on television... no downside to that one.
If someone could come up with a virus that only killed conservatives, we’d all be dead because the psycho party doesn’t give a damn about certain lives. Unborn, old they don’t care. Conservatives, now that would be downright thrilling to them.
He probably does think he will escape Justice, but will face judgement in this world most likely, but certainly in the world to come.
I also believe that he had a much more crass objective...that was, to reduce the number of nursing home dependents thereby helping his overall budget deficit.
I seem to recall him saying something like "the old are going to die anyway..._

Cuomo had the Naval Hospital Ship with 1000 beds and staff on the Hudson at the Port and Javits Center with 4600 beds and staff available for ill Covid patients and yet sent them to Nursing Homes with the knowledge of the results.....Follow the Federal money and Indict Cuomo tomorrow AM.

Recommend your local library weed the book from the collection because it is not what was claimed or, if they retain the book, for sure recatalog it and shelf it under the subject heading, “Cuomo, Andrew - Fiction.”
