As the highly contagious delta variant of the coronavirus gained traction around the world, the World Health Organization urged vaccinated people to continue to wear masks and social distance, according to reports.
“Vaccine alone won’t stop community transmission,” Dr. Mariangela Simao, WHO’s assistant director-general for access to medicines and health products, said during a briefing in Geneva, according to CNBC. “People need to continue to use masks consistently, be in ventilated spaces, hand hygiene … the physical distance, avoid crowding. This still continues to be extremely important, even if you’re vaccinated when you have a community transmission ongoing.”

Did the WHO discover the delta variant virus is 100x larger than the first virus and the heretofore religiously and obediently worn (but totally useless) masks now do some good - maybe a 1% improvement on "no value whatsoever"?

I can't wait to dutifully don mine again for another short 18 months or so to save myself from certain death - or at least save my neighbor. After all, "my mask protects YOU"!
Ay por favor-no esta mierda otra vez-agree-no way-life went on out here for the most part in the scamdemic-not that many masks-even indoors not that many masks, our small local businesses are mostly home based, so owners moved operations into their yard or barn and went on as before-the local gym moved into the the owner’s carport-I don’t know any but a handful of Karens who will even consider wearing a mask in public, closing their business, not shopping our local stores, etc
Does anyone have a scientific study about Covid 1984 and masks. I have only seen studies that say they are bad for your health.
