Not true. The Code tenets were formed by concerned individuals outside of Germany. However the 10 tenets of the Code were used to later form the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki, which all medical scientists must attest to in order to perform legally acceptable research. The Code and the Declaration were used to create the federal laws regarding medical bioethics in the US. So in a sense, the Code is grandfathered into all of medical practice and experimentation in the US and elsewhere.

I no longer believe there are ethical scientists and medical professionals. They’ve certainly almost all been silent the past 2 years. Grow a pair ****ers!
