I never said he was my friend. But I still think SpaceX is pretty cool.

Ironically, I'm thinking about getting an EV whenever I have to replace one of our two gas cars, and I'm one of the few who put solar onto my house. Yet, I hate how the Dims force "green energy" as a one-size-fits-all "solution" to fight their invisible climate catastrophe dragon.
I think that it is impressive that he got out of South Africa before it was turned into a living hell and then became the richest man in the world through his own foresight, intuition, perseverance and salesmanship. But it seems like more than just being at the right place at the right time.
He didn't start out with all the connections and support that one of the previous richest men in the world such as Bill Gates had. He basically was a refugee.
I listened to several of his interviews......he’s interesting to listen to. And yes climate change does run through what he speaks about. ....but a listening ear can pick that out and still glean some of what he speaks of.
