Obviously, if the vaccines were causing excess deaths, it would affect all 50 states and not just Florida. Also, if this were happening and not being officially announced, it would involve a massive conspiracy of all doctors treating covid patients, without any of them talking, which doesn't make sense.
What is more likely is that the vaccines lowered death rates more in other states than in Florida. Of course Florida is famous for having a high percentage of older people (probably FR is too), but it is also possible there are other reasons covid has been spreading faster in Florida.
