When a progressive loses on Politifact, they’ve lost completely. That’s where intellectually challenged Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is right now as conservatives pile on the ridicule and leftists distance themselves from her lack of knowledge regarding Covid-19.
Here’s just a small sampling of the disinformation she shared during Friday’s Supreme Court oral arguments over the OSHA vaccine mandates, as reported by Cristina Laila from The Gateway Pundit:
During oral arguments on Friday, Supreme Court justice Sonia Sotomayor falsely claimed that over 100,000 children are in serious condition because of Covid.
“Many are on ventilators,” Sotomayor said.

Yea, she is an embarrassment to the Court. I can see a role for her at the office of Medicaid Appeals, but SCOTUS? God save us.

When even the Washington Post has to call her out for lying, you know it’s bad.

Both she and Kagan are completely unqualified for the positions they are appointed to.
There sole purpose was to be a rubber stamp for anything a dem proposed, and to weaken the standing of the court.
Has she apologized for lieing, or at least apologized for not being such a “wize latina”?
Sotomayor was called the “wise Latino”. Well she blew that all to hell!
Sonia Sotomayor Is one of those Kamala Harris types, just not as much time in the spotlight. If Sonia was VP, she’s be much more visible more often.

When you put a 100% ideologue on the Court, and a particularly foolish one at that, this is what you get.
And Lindsey Graham voted to confirm her.
She watches the media. There are millions of people who believe the same thing she does.
I think the most important fact not mentioned in any of the comments in this article is that Sotomayor’s argument is completely irrelevant to the case whether the her figure is accurate or not.
The question before the court is; does the Federal Government through the guise of OSHA have the power to compel employers to force their employees to receive a vaccine?
How many children are hospitalized is completely irrelevant.
The fact that she mentioned it shows her ignorance of her job.

She may have made the most ignorant statements. But she was not the only one. Even Breyer did. Total losers who have the final say on everything in this country.
