President Joe Biden reacted Tuesday to the Supreme Court leak suggesting the court would overturn Roe v. Wade, describing abortion as “basic fairness” for Americans.
“I believe that a woman’s right to choose is fundamental, Roe has been the law of the land for almost fifty years, and basic fairness and the stability of our law demand that it not be overturned,” Biden said in a written statement released by the White House.

Pretty damn obvious this was planned. All the rat taking point were ready to go and timed with the leak. The destruction of the SC is fine since they can use it to their advantage.

A lawyer can tell me if I’m wrong, but here’s my opinion. If the leaked decision is real, and stands, it says the decision is up to the states. That, then prevents Congress from codifying Roe v. Wade, based on the Tenth Amendment.
Fairness to who Joe? The unborn?
This was all planned and well orchestrated. Protesters had all their signs made in advance and were in place ready to go. The dims media was in position.

The point is Joe, what do you have to say about a leak of a SC decision to the news media before it was intended to be published ? Not to argue the case in public for political use.
