The Chinese military will not sit back if U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi visits Taiwan, a Chinese defense spokesperson warned on Tuesday.
Tan Kefei, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defense, made the remarks in response to a press inquiry regarding the issue.
China demands that the United States honor its promise that it would not support "Taiwan independence," Tan said, adding that if the U.S. side insists on making the visit, the Chinese military will take strong actions to thwart any external interference or "Taiwan independence" separatist scheme, and will be resolute in safeguarding China's national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Chinese side has repeatedly made clear to the United States its firm opposition to Pelosi's potential visit to Taiwan, Tan noted.

hmmm, the possibilities are endless.
If China gets worked up about a US House Speaker visiting Taiwan then that Speaker is not like the others. Something is very different about Pelosi. She must be one of the USA Co-President’s on the down low and of course China knows more about the inner workings of the US government than we do since they have so many operatives embedded in it.
If the geniuses running the country didn’t send all our jobs to China we wouldn’t have to worry about this nonsense.
Nancy is in the chicoms back pockets so this interaction makes me suspicious at all involved.
Now that being said China is a legitimate threat in the Pacific and is challenging US influence in the region. Yes she’s a waste of flesh and the old bag is compromised, but she does need to make this trip in defiance of the chicoms with the diplomatic note saying the Chinese government does not dictate who US elected officials meet with or where. She needs to go more for our allies in the region which after two years of BitMe and the deep state pusscakes probably have little to no faith in anything the US administration or pentagon says at this point.

...maybe I missed it somewhere, but why, exactly, is Nasty Pelosi going to visit Taiwan....? what is the overall purpose of this trip....? she never cleared this trip with either the White House or with our military leaders; if she backs out for some reason(s) it will look as if the ChiComs are telling our leaders what to do and what not to do...why is she going...??
