Actually, Biden isn't wrong.

It's just that most people associate "mass shootings" with disgruntled white shooters and high fatalities when in reality, every day, there are mass shooting in the inner cities committed by blacks that result in low fatalities with multiple injuries.

It's the "Sailer Law" named after the excellent VDare columnist Steve Sailer: If the number of fatalities is greater than the number injured, the shooter is likely white. If the number of injured is greater than the number of fatalities, the shooter is likely black.

This is due entirely to typical 'hood shootings where someone just empties a firearm, typically held sideways or over the head into a crowd, in an effort to shoot someone who pissed him off and winds up injuring a bunch of innocent bystanders (and possibly killing a few, usually children sleeping in a bedroom blocks away).

Technically, these are mass shooting events but the news media tends to ignore them.

The definition also excluded family related mass shootings, gang related mass shootings, and shootings that involved other unlawful activities like robbery or drug dealing.
