A new ad from Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) supporting Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections portrays a woman being arrested in front of her family for having an abortion, warning such situations could happen if Republicans are able to ban the procedure.
The ad shows a family having dinner when police officers come to their door and tell the woman that she is under arrest for unlawful termination of a pregnancy. The woman says it is “her personal business,” but an officer responds that the courts will decide that before arresting her.
“Elections have consequences,” a narrator later says. “Vote Democrat on November 8th. Stop Republicans from criminalizing abortion everywhere. Protect women’s rights and freedom.”

Let’s have a commercial showing an 87 year old concentration camp survivor being arrested by Federal Gestapo for peacefully protesting. That actually happened.

Mrs rktman’s family(grandma, aunt, mom, uncle) was also in one of the Yugoslavian camps as that lady. We both got chills when we saw that clip.

I’m wondering if the Federal filth that arrested her told her that they were “just following orders”.
Is this a video of an actual event? If so, does the arresting officer mention that the arrest is because the woman had an abortion? If it is just an actress playing a role, the ad should be required to state that fact, similar to having someone impersonating a doctor in a snake oil sales ad.
Unfortunately, one of the primary tenets of the Dem party and their willing accomplices in the media is .... lying for the good of the party is a good.
A Conservative PAC should come up with a short parody ad ending with “Democrats think you are stupid enough to believe this nonsense. Do you feel insulted yet?”

As to FartFace Swallwell, it is state laws that now control abortion access. All the recent SCOTUS ruling did was tear apart that awful RvW crappola and state clearly that the Constitution does not say that abortion is a Federal right.
CaCaLand laws of all nature have been written only by Democrats out this way, for at least a decade. It is a one party state. So, if this dipsh*T is claiming the GOP has any control -— well, he is an idiot.
