James Woods is taking NO prisoners after learning Team Biden worked to silence him and D*MN (#TwitterFiles AKA #Twittergate)

As Twitchy readers (and Tucker Carlson viewers) know, James Woods was targeted by the Biden team for silencing and censorship during the 2020 election. So many of us were … and we get the feeling we are just seeing the tip of this corruption iceberg.

Woods is pissed, and rightfully so.

But wow, looking through his timeline? He’s taking NO prisoners and we’re here for it.

Thank you, @elonmusk, for giving back to all Americans, and voices around the world, the most precious of gifts – free and open speech.

I admire you and I salute you, sir.

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Keep going.

How is the Twitter Files chicanery any different from Watergate in sum and substance?

Nixon resigned when his henchmen tried to subvert free speech.

Your turn, Mr. Biden.

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Your turn, Mr. Biden.

Thousands of people reached out to Woods about being silenced.

I see it and I hear you. Thank you. https://t.co/wfJCaFGXQi

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

He’s so damn cool.

Seriously.

I humbly thank the thousands of you who offered such kind words of support tonight. I wish I could respond to each of you.

As heartbreaking as it is to see our nation highjacked by these grifters, it is equally heartwarming to see how many Americans still love this great nation.

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Damn right.

Agree. How would you like to fund a class action suit for those who were suppressed? I’ll be happy to be lead plaintiff. Thank you, @elonmusk https://t.co/zAAjcEnoFu

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

!!!

This. Must. Happen.

To my friends in the Democratic Party:

This now documented attack by the DNC is a troubling issue that transcends politics. If the shoe were on the other foot, you would rightfully be enraged. Please join us as Americans on this one. It’s too important to do otherwise. #Twitter

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Psh, Democrats are far more concerned with being in charge than they are with what happened on their watch. Orange man bad and stuff.

To my friends in the Republican Party:

If your patriotism is genuine, not all bluff and bluster, let loose the dogs of war.

Because true patriots will no longer stand to see our rights trampled by the DNC and its slimy cronies in media and the bowels of government. #Twitter

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

LET LOOSE THE DOGS OF WAR.

YAAAAAS.

I do see this, and I hear you. While I do not know you, I know your heart and share your sorrow. You are who I’m doing this for. Thank you for sharing what so many of us have felt during this never-ending purge. It is you, sir, who should be thanked, and I humbly do so. https://t.co/E5VW3hcDCH

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Awwwwwww.

For those of you who have not seen the primary material by @mtaibbi regarding the suppression collusion of the DNC and Twitter during the Biden campaign, here is the thread. #TwitterFiles https://t.co/I0Mmia8vil

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Just in case people missed it.

He’s a giver.

As of noon December 3. Clearly this is not going away. #TwitterFiles pic.twitter.com/IRKYw4OWWm

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

Not going away, Biden.

Not going away, Democrats.

I just noticed that I gained another 100,000 followers since @elonmusk saved Twitter from the suppressors of free speech. That’s 300,000 people in a few weeks, many of whose voices were silenced and are now free once again to enjoy the rights guaranteed by our constitution. 🙏

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

This.

Friends, I am a bit inundated by media requests at the moment.

Given the serious nature of the revelations coming from the president’s son’s laptop, I am reserving comment until my attorneys have fully evaluated the scope of the potentially actionable offenses. #TWITTERGATE

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 3, 2022

“Finally, proof Twitter invented reason to help Joe Biden win in 2020” – New York Post Editorial Board

They suspended a newspaper founded by Alexander Hamilton, because the truth would have cost Biden the presidency. https://t.co/nPXHdYe3E5

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 4, 2022

BOOM.

Who would you trust more to deliver honest reportage of the news?

— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) December 4, 2022

Guess who’s winning?

Hint, it ain’t the Corporate Media.

Won’t work for big topics like free speech that cross state boundaries. Federalism in justice is ok for state matters like land rights, taxes, school board issues etc.

I haven’t seen where Trump or his campaign did anything. I have seen it stated that GOP actors solicited to have posts “actioned,” but I haven’t seen any names.

Obviously, the same standard should govern all.

That said, a campaign is only distinct from the person for whom it acts to the extent it acts INDEPENDENTLY of that person’s control.

More broadly, what we’re delving into really is driving to the heart of the First Amendment itself, and how it’s worded specifically.

Who is constrained by it? Congress.

How are they constrained? They are enjoined from making any law constraining free speech.

And are those constraints extensible to other elements of the federal government Beyond Congress?

With that question, our discussion explodes into the technical depths of two centuries of free speech jurisprudence, and becomes the stuff of specifically knowledgeable legal experts, a cadre in which I do not share membership.

I can opine at length as to what I think the courts should hold as The Standard, according to my understanding of the sense of the broader Constitution and the Declaration Independence. But what I think, and how the Supreme Court sees the matter, rest upon two separate data sets; mine governed by my reading of founding documents, and theirs colored additionally by intervening rulings of the Court, both grand and awful.

These are two different universes, and whether the twain shall ever meet is beyond our capacity to substantively control.

"Yeah, that right to post on Twitter that our forefathers died for.

What is it about idiots that cannot comprehend that government giving orders to multi-billion $ multinational corporations to suppress the rights of Americans is totalitarian fascism? I guarantee you that it Twitter existed during the revolution that online censorship by corporations would be have been specifically prohibited in the Constitution. Their tiny minds have been brainwashed by big business propaganda for decades giving them the idea that ginormous corporations, some with hundreds of thousands of employees, can do whatever they want to Americans?

The bigger that the federal government and major corporations have become, the smaller the US citizens has become.

"Try to call a talk radio show and go against the grain. Many moderated forums will do the same as Twitter. Even Truth social and other sites will censor."

That is comparing apples to oranges. A radio broadcast is a single threaded medium where there is only one communications channel. The very nature that f an social media forum does not need that type of content moderation.

Next you will be trying to defend slavery and argue for the Supreme Court's Dredd Scott v. Stanford decision denying citizenship for blacks and Native Americans.

"Don’t blame the new guys. Look at the registration dates of the infiltrators. A lot of them are from over 20 years ago."

I was thinking the same thing. All of their accounts date around 1991 to 2000 and they must be all the reptiles that GW Bush and Cheney had sign up to the forum during the campaign for GWB. Every one is a disgusting Deep State RINO.

True, but she was a senator with no immediate executive authority. The most she could do was to threaten to introduce anti Twitter legislation.

Any talk show host that crimps your ability to share your opinion is a doing the same as Twitter/Facebook if they moderate your posts or ban your account.

“The government had absolutely nothing to do with James Woods’ banning. That was the DNC.”

As if the DNC is completely untethered from the government itself! I don’t think a court would buy that argument.

That would be bad.

That didn't happen in this case.

The government had nothing to do with James Woods' banning.

Oh that is right! Who knew that in an emerging one-party state that the political party that runs everything could not be bound by the Constitution. We should tell the Chinese to quit fighting for their freedom because the Chinese Communist Party isn't the government.

Thank you for the lesson on hair-splitting to justify tyranny. I feel sooo much better about losing my rights now.

Like I said, apples to oranges because of different technology and formats.

Don't bother feeding the trolls.

We learned in 2016 that the DNC was bought out by Hillary Clinton in a deal brokered by then-Perkins Coie lawyer Marc Elias to stop Bernie Sanders in the Democrat primaries. Donna Brazile uncovered the contracts.

We know that Marc Elias has been on a mission to overturn existing election laws in all the swing states.

We learned from John Durham that Marc Elias was involved in the initial spreading of the Russia Hoax.

It's not a stretch to assume that the DNC is being used as a front for Democrats in government to provide cover for sending requests to Twitter to block conservative voices.

The DNC is acting as a clearing house for Democrat requests to ban voices inconvenient to Democrats in order for the politicians to keep their hands clean.

At the behest of the Democrat run Uniparty composed of all the bottom feeders and RINOs in the District of Corruption. President Trump, thanks to McConnell and Paul Ryan never had full control of the executive branch.

Try again.

Must be nice to never be accountable for anything. Especially when you're President.

Why is he running again if he can't control his own branch of government?

Why would anyone vote for that?
