Former Vice President Mike Pence came in third place with seven percent support, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley (five percent), Sen. Ted Cruz (2 percent), Sen. Tim Scott (2 percent), former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (one percent), Sen. Marco Rubio (one percent), and anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy (zero percent).
Another two percent said “someone else,” and six percent remain unsure:

In primary or general elections I have never cared much about national polls. Our system is 50 state contests. In primaries, whoever does best in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina gets the momentum and the national polls follow. In 2000 and 2016, Republicans were said to have lost the popular vote and percentage but went into the White House because their victories in the right states won them the Electoral College. Trump needs to do well in the early states or national polls won’t matter.

This poll is meaningless so early. DeSantis is a better communicator than Trump. He doesn’t annoy people like trump does. I have friends who hate woke ideology but absolute refuse to vote for Trump. That’s a problem that DeSantis can solve for us. I have nothing against Trump, but I want to win.

DeSantis is not boring. He’s professional. And he delivers results. Trump slamming around from point to point is not going to get it done this time. Even though he showed the GOP how to have a backbone, Trumps act is getting old. If he doesn’t strike a better balance between bombastic outbursts and thoughtful speech… he will lose to DeSantis.

Another bogus national poll as of “registered voters,” as opposed to state-by-state polling of “likely voters.” Harvard-Harris is a liberal polling organization (check out the internals behind this poll). The liberals want to run against Trump. They know Trump doesn’t poll very good against Independents and women. They also know that nobody energizes Dems to get out and vote like Trump does. It’s pretty easy to figure out what the Dems (and MSM) are trying to do if you look at things objectively.

Sorry. You’re wrong. DeSantis is an accomplished down to earth politician. He explains things well. He doesn’t call people names like a 3rd grader. I’ll vote for Trump if he gets the nomination, but DeSantis is my guy.

Don’t think I’m against Trump. His personality just drives people crazy and it has me concerned. I personally like DeSantis better.
