NYC had a mile thick glacier over it 20,000 years ago.

You can still see the ground down glacier boulders in Central Park.

I'm of the opinion that, in 4 billion + years ... absolutely anything can (probably HAS) happened, and will likely continue to happen!

Puny humans, in their arrogance, actually think they can create/stop any process in the universe! Seriously???

THESE are the same people who are right NOW haggling over gender issues that have, themselves, continued unchanged for over 4 billion years. Sheeeesh!

Don’t we owe it to Mother Nature to restore the area to its natural state? Maybe we can start by tearing down all the structures and trucking in millions of pounds of ice. Think of all the jobs it would create?!

"You can still see the ground down glacier boulders in Central Park."

Central Park, was once a community of free blacks called Seneca Village, until Democrat politicians decided they wanted it for a park. In 1825, the landowners sold 200 parcels of land. Two-thirds of the parcels were owned by blacks. The other third were owned by Irish and German immigrants. In 1857 (same year as the Bank Panic occurred), the people living there were told they had to leave by the end of the year. Democrat Fernando Wood (linked to Tammany Hall) was Mayor of New York City at the time. He was in his second term when in 1857, the Republican-controlled NY State Legislature put up Independent candidate Daniel F. Tiemann to run against Wood. Tiemann won by a slim margin. He only served one term, and Wood was re-elected Mayor for a third time in 1860. He went on to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The article at the link provides photos of newspaper headlines regarding the construction of the park. Democrat chicanery is still alive in well today. You can see it in Chicago regarding Barry Soetoro's pResidential Library displacing residents in the area.

THE TRUE STORY OF HOW NEW YORK CITY DISPLACED A BLACK COMMUNITY TO BUILD CENTRAL PARK

The sun’s energy, the planets orbit and wobble and the tectonic plates moving about changing the flow of warm and cold water, the volcanoes and meteors over billions of years.

Yet it is the plastic bags and aluminum cans and gas cars and stoves are the real movers of climate change all in the past 100 years....

The solution is to tax the little people much more and restrict their use of say food and comfort.
