A second firm hired by Trump campaign found no evidence of election fraud

Former president Trump’s campaign quietly commissioned a second firm to study election fraud claims in the weeks after the 2020 election, and the founder of the firm was recently questioned by the Justice Department about his work disproving the claims.

Ken Block, founder of the firm Simpatico Software Systems, studied more than a dozen voter fraud theories and allegations for Trump’s campaign in late 2020 and found they were “all false,” he said in an interview with The Washington Post.

“No substantive voter fraud was uncovered in my investigations looking for it, nor was I able to confirm any of the outside claims of voter fraud that I was asked to look at,” he said. “Every fraud claim I was asked to investigate was false.”

Block said he recently received a subpoena from special counsel Jack Smith’s office and met with federal prosecutors in Washington, but he declined to discuss his interactions with them. Block said he contemporaneously sent his findings disputing fraud claims in writing to the Trump campaign in late 2020...

Prosecutors are trying to show that Trump and his advisers definitively knew — or had good reason to believe — that their myriad fraud claims were false as they continued to spread and fundraise off the claims. The claims ultimately convinced many voters the election was stolen and inspired rioters to storm the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The falsehoods also brought in more than $250 million to Trump and his allies.

Key to building such a case, experts say, is proving that Trump and other advisers making the claims publicly did not believe them or had evidence to know they were false.

I'm getting the impression that you don't post this stuff to inform, but rather for the intent of demoralizing people.

Again my point about how long it took for the rest of us to work out many of the fraud mechanisms renders whatever he said as irrelevant to the actuality of Vote FRAUD in the swing states.

Exactly. The total lack of evidence proves it happened.

see post #37.

These "results" came before many of the reveals of the last couple of years - including 2000 Mules and the microdonations.

I don’t know where you got that quote, but it’s either dishonest or just wrong. The way turnout is calculated, 2020 saw a 66.8% turnout, not 92%.

Hey I’m jumping in on this one. Why am I on FreeRepublic? Because I believe in smaller government, lower taxes, and more individual freedom. Period. End stop. Those are my positions and will never change.

Now YOUR position seems to be that one can only be on FreeRepublic if you believe that the election was stolen — even though even the guy who claims it was stolen can’t find anyone who can validate his claim. Think about that. A billionaire. Virtually unlimited resources. Can hire whoever he wants. And still can’t find anyone to validate his claim.

Why? THE DEEP STATE!!! They’re everywhere!! Nobody is safe. Friends, family members, people you think are allies... maybe they got them too! They’re like bodysnatchers!

Does that sum things up?

We know what you are, bigdoody.

You hate Trump, Palin and Kari Lake.

You're a one-trick pony.

Odd, personally have not been able to verify many things that may still very well be true.

Again I ask, would FReepers be better off if they didn't know what was happening?

May be there was fraud, but nobody has EVIDENCE.

There is an argument for saying "yes."

What can they do about it? Nothing? So why would being depressed about something they cannot change be useful or helpful?

The problem is our voting system.
Electronic voting machines.
Paper ballets after removed from outer envelope have no identification and therefore impossible to distinguish between fraud ballots and valid ballots.

Wasn't that precinct in a county that had voted for every Republican from Lincoln to Trump, even in Democrat landslide years like 1936 and 1964? It is possible this really was a glitch, or the ballot manipulators got overly greedy or careless?

If a guy doesn't *WANT* to find evidence of fraud, he won't find evidence of fraud. I argue with a lot of people. When they don't want to see something, they just won't see it.

You want evidence? Here's the evidence!

Don't want to look at it? I won't be surprised.

The special counsel is weighing this and it may very well be consequential.

I prefer to see the world as it is.

You can make that argument about 95% of the articles posted here.
