Hmmmm...so if you are one generation from Haiti let’s say the US people owe you? Wouldn’t that be the French Republic that owes you?
They do indeed have a different idea and the moment California pays out a dime, there’s about 9 different lawsuits ready to be filed by California’s tribes (Yeah, essentially the same lawsuits, but they don’t tend to agree on which lawyer to use, so...)
