Actually, 20% is pretty close to combat percentage of kills. In fact it may be higher, I haven’t seen that statistic for a long time.

Actually, 20% is pretty close to combat percentage of killsI’m not sure if that is a fair comparison. Combat units use tactics which involve suppression fire for instance. Chicago is a different battlefield. You walk up to someone and cap them in the head.
