GOP presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy offered rare but mild criticism of former President Trump on Sunday when he called efforts to keep Trump in power following the 2020 election through a fake elector scheme “bad judgements.”

Ramaswamy at first dodged ABC’s George Stephanopoulos’s pressing questions on “This Week” asking him if it was wrong for Trump associates to create slates of phony electors in states that Trump lost. Ramaswamy instead said that if he had been president, he would have “never let it get to that place.”

This guy Vivek wants to be president?

He doesnt seem to mind mind showing his ignorance WRT US campaign laws
and demonstrates his eagerness to gain points by siding with Trump’s enemies.

His foolhardy remarks trashing Trump WRT his electors come straight out of the Ga indictment.

In her Aug. 14 indictment of Trump, Fani Willis alleged
<><>the existence of Republican electors for Trump constituted an unlawful “conspiracy” to overturn 2020 election results.
<><>Willis falsely claimed these alternate electors “unlawfully falsely held themselves out” as Georgia’s “duly elected and qualified” presidential electors.
<><>She further insisted these electors intentionally attempted to “mislead.”

However, among the documents Willis has in her possession obtained during her years-long investigation of Republicans was a meeting transcript refuting her allegations which she willfully withheld.
