[Israel's Minister of Economy Nir] Barkat, in an interview with the Daily Mail, warned that Israel would view an escalation in Hezbollah's actions as an attack by Iran.
"The plan of Iran is to attack Israel on all fronts. If we find they intend to target Israel, we will not just retaliate to those fronts, but we will go to the head of the snake, which is Iran," he said.
Barkat threatened "we are going to make sure they pay a heavy price if, God forbid, they open the northern front."
"Lebanon and Hezbollah are going to pay a heavy price, similar to what Hamas is going to pay. But that's not enough," he said. "The very clear message is that we are going to be going after the heads of Iran as well. When will we do that? When we decide."
Barkat continued: "Israel has a very clear message to our enemies. We are saying to them, look what's happening in Gaza—you are going to get the same treatment if you attack us. We are going to wipe you off the face of the Earth."...
Jonathan Conricus, a spokesperson for Israel's military, said Sunday that Hezbollah is "dragging Lebanon into a war that it will gain nothing from, but stands to lose a lot," according to Lebanese news site Naharnet.
He said that the Lebanese militant group is "playing a very, very dangerous game. They're escalating the situation. We see more and more attacks every day. Is the Lebanese state really willing to jeopardize what is left of Lebanese prosperity and Lebanese sovereignty for the sake of terrorists in Gaza?"...

It might make it more likely Hezbollah will get involved. That wouldn’t be a good development.
Iran is the oldest continuously established country in the world at 3,200 years. I think that’s about long enough.
Wipe out the Hamas. And, however, next year, Trump will be reelected and we can have a President that will put the screws to Iran rather pander to them like Biden repeatedly has done.

There’s a limit to how un-productive and useless a bunch of people can be before they just go extinct. Between Lebanon and Gaza it’s a toss-up as to who is the most useless. Israel would do the world a large favor by ash canning both of them, make them a nature park, and start over sometime later. After all, Israel is supposed to be maintaining the land from the sea to the Euphrates-—time to get on it.
And remember when the Soddies paid their own people to go Gaza and paid them to stay. Then in the 90’s they gradually quit paying. Time for the Soddies to help a bit?
Iran wants to destroy Israel. There’s no question that Iran is behind Hamas and Hezbollah. Whether there’s a larger war in the Middle East depends on what Iran does next.
Israel wants to take out the terror states that were the responsibility of the USA and the civilized world to stop. Israel has become the front line against islamic terror. They could carry it out... but will the US, Europe and UN prevent them?
Iran understands threats..as they do it all the time themselves.

Israel needs to focus on destroying Gaza and de-Hamasizing every square inch, then paving over everything. That would be smart and that would mean they will have security in their borders.
Because only Muslims can utter such sentences
