Putin will win if Israel funding split from Ukraine, Blinken and Austin tell senators

The heads of the State Department and Pentagon on Tuesday warned senators that should lawmakers approve funding for Israel but not Ukraine, Russian President Putin will win.

Speaking during a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, Secretary of State Blinken and Defense Secretary Austin urged senators to keep intact the Biden administration’s $106 billion supplemental request for Israel, Ukraine and the Indo-Pacific.

Though many lawmakers in both parties support a joint package, House Republicans skeptical of additional Ukraine aid have threatened to sink the plan. And Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) is pushing an Israel-only package that would also cut billions in funding for the Internal Revenue Service.

Austin and Blinken warned that without continued U.S. funding for Ukraine, Russian forces would be sure to defeat Kyiv, with wider consequences for the globe.

“It’s hard to put an exact timeline on how long it would take,” Austin said when asked how long until Russia wins should the U.S. fail to provide more aid to Kyiv. “I can guarantee that without our support, Putin will be successful … If we pull the rug out from under [Ukraine] now, Putin will only get stronger.”

The reason for the Demagogues of the Demagogic Party insisting on joint funding is, they don't want half their members voting against Israel a year before the election. Obviously the two bills will be easier to pass than one.

It makes no sense to have it all in one lump anyway.

Putin will win as soon as America decides to stop throwing billions of dollars and bombs at Ukraine. Russia has this. The idea that we use our military complex to turn Ukraine into a toxic moonscape so neither Russia nor Ukraine can use the land for a century is a bad one. Our elites are idiots. They don’t care about the earth. They don’t care about human life. They think they are smart. But the reality is that they are a cabal of people who are surrounded by greedy people who like their plan only because there is money to be made.

Israel is another deal entirely. Israel allowed and even paid for a space where the Gaza Palestinians could live. Its a hole. But trust me. If you gave them Wilshire Blvd that would be a hole one year after the Palestinians moved in. The Palestinians have great, intelligent people. But those people do not live in the strip. They moved out long time ago. The strip has whats left when everyone who can leave does. And that includes Hamas (who moved in) who gets paid to attack Israel.

Israel now has to remove Hamas and its infrastructure from the Strip. Then they need to separate the strip from Israel a little more. And they need to know that Hamas like crime or terrorism in general will be back. They will always be back. Its human nature. You live in the middle east. Someone will attack.

If America or Israel negotiate for hostages there will be more hostages. We learned that back with Reagan. When America Negotiates you are just making a market to kidnap more hostages. When we arrest a spy. Russia or China just arrests someone we want. Its simple. Negotiators simply trade someone we want back for money and people that they wanted in the first place. After the deal is done, they always kidnap someone else.
