I first noticed during the 2008 Democrat primaries that it took forever to count the last 5% of the vote. I didn’t connect the dots at the time because I thought the insiders wanted Hillary to win. In retrospect, the fix was in for Obama. It doesn’t take a week to count the last 5% of the vote.

When I was a kid and a young adult, we always knew who won the election by the end of Election Day.

It was in 2000 that this Democrat cheating and delay game cranked up a notch and our elections started looking like a third-world mess. 2016 caught ‘em off-guard, but they’re on top of it now.

We need to go back to paper ballots and voting on Election Day only, except for legitimate absentee balloting such as military personnel stationed away from their precincts.

But I’m not holding my breath on that.

Right, it takes time for the right candidates to "win". When they can't stuff more ballots in the ballot box, they need to switch votes and destroy the paper trail. That takes time, and they can't have the wrong people watching the process. Just like the Soviet elections, counting the ballots is done in secret. People who don't agree with the official results are enemies of the state and will be prosecuted on the flimsiest pretext.

According to those auditing the AZ voter roles, new voters increased disproportionately before the 2000 election. These phantom voters controlled by the Maricopa County machine allowed Bush to "win" AZ in 2000. Also, the network exit polls all had Gore winning FL. If we accept that after 8 years of relative peace and prosperity, the sitting VP usually wins, then it is reasonable to assume that Nixon was cheated out of the presidency in 1960, and Gore was cheated in 2000. That is not to say that I liked either of them, but facts are stubborn things.
