I bought a bare-bones Tacoma (manual windows, but with A/C,) in 1992 for 14K. I gave it to my son in 1994. He drove it for 7 years (later thanking me for the vehicle to transport the rugby gear for his team in college. - not too proud in HS.) He joined the military, and finally gave it back to me. After 23 years and 150K miles, I traded it to my yardo man for work that would cost me $5k. I have seen it on the steet five years later. The world needs simple, reliable and inexpensive transportation.
