J6 committee, DOJ/Special Counsel Jack Smith, and Judge Tanya Chutkan are covering up the destruction/concealment of videotaped interviews with roughly 1,000 witnesses to J6 committee.
Chutkan just denied Trump's discovery request for videotapes--she actually thinks a witness's demeanor can be gleaned from a written record.
She clearly knows the videos are missing and will concoct any farfetched excuse to protect J6 committee and DOJ:

This isn’t a fair trial. It’s a political move to eliminate Trump.
They will fail....This will blow up in their faces. Fraud in, fraud out...The judge does not want to reveal all the evidence because the evidence will exonerate Trump.

November 2022, the Millenial and Gen Z congressional staffers who had worked the J6 Committee, put up a brief but furious bitch to the few MSM outlets that would give them a platform, that the bulk of their J6 work had been ignored. Nanxi gave them cutesy rainbow team names and everything lofl.
The Craphounds at the CraPo got wind of this and published a Page 2 piece:

Simply subpoena ALL of those Team members and tell them to bring EVERYTHING. Once that is granted, then bring Nanzi in as well.
As this ruling came out on the 27th of November, Chutkan didn’t “just” deny Trump’s discovery request.
Yes, if they are relevant and admissible.
This is getting deep into Mistrial territory, and I’m pretty certain that EVERYONE involve both KNOWS AND EXPECTS it.
But Trump’s foes are going to keep this dystopic charade going as long as they possibly can, because of the upcoming election.
From my perspective, at this point the only retribution that will be anywhere near sufficient will have to be Divine.

How do you know that the tapes don't contain footage that would determine the needed witnesses? Chutkan ruled that letting Trump see them would be a "fishing expedition."
Oh please.
That is the procedural requirement, but it really means if Chutkan rules it to be so. But DC is not US territory any more.
DC Democrat judges and prosecutors, corrupt and incompetent a Hell and the morgues have the bodies to prove it.
My son was a federal police officer in DC with a Q security clearance and combat experience. Yet after he got off work, he was not allowed to have a gun on him.
That’s how stupid and corrupt DC is.
By the way, one of our attorneys at a DOJ annex building on D Street was attacked and badly beaten right in front of our building but the building police couldn’t go after the attacker because their jurisdiction ended at the curbs around it.
At the new DOJ building, in 2019, two homeless people were stabbed to death, one right in front of the building/subway entrance. I escaped such a possible faith at that time because I was recovering from cancer.
I still think about those people, knowing that it could have been me.
And it has gotten a hundred times worse since. Maybe cancer actually saved my life by taking me of the killing zone.
