J6 committee, DOJ/Special Counsel Jack Smith, and Judge Tanya Chutkan are covering up the destruction/concealment of videotaped interviews with roughly 1,000 witnesses to J6 committee.
Chutkan just denied Trump's discovery request for videotapes--she actually thinks a witness's demeanor can be gleaned from a written record.
She clearly knows the videos are missing and will concoct any farfetched excuse to protect J6 committee and DOJ:

The federal left judges of DC think to themselves,
“What right does this reprobate have to defend himself when he’s obviously guilty? We have a mission to stop him before next November!”
Gee - it seems to me that if the court were A. Upholding American constitutional standards of innocent until proven guilty and B. Wanting to get to the truth of what happened on J6 then she’d want to see the video evidence herself.
But she doesn’t… because this is a kangaroo court.
The 6th amendment guarantees a defendant in a criminal prosecution “compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor.” But it doesn’t say anything about videotapes. And anyway James Madison would not want it to protect someone who was a threat to democracy, would he?
When you have a biased magistrate sitting on the bench, there is not much to do about it until the appeals court has the gumption and the wit to study the misapplication of legal strategy used in the presentation of the case by BOTH the judge and the prosecution.
But if the appeals court also has a streak of bias running through their review, then it becomes obvious that the rot and deterioration has reached epic proportions.
Exactly. If Trump is wrongly found guilty, the judge’s mistaken ruling sets up a good chance of acquittal on appeal.
These trials are farcical... These activists, they cannot be called “judges”, are disgusting.

Fine. The technical term for this is “reversible error” on the part of the judge.
If Trump is convicted, the USSC will overturn it.
The rats focused on corrupting the DC courts to the core and the GOP let them. Roberts oversees them and he clearly dislikes Trump so the whole thing is a rigged circus.
Don’t the courts allow video testimony ?
Can DT use congressional tapes in possession of the GOP House that have been shown by media outlets?
The DC District Court has become a modern day “Committee of Public Safety” worthy of Danton and Robespierre.
