To: Macho MAGA Man

The 6th amendment guarantees a defendant in a criminal prosecution “compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor.” But it doesn’t say anything about videotapes. And anyway James Madison would not want it to protect someone who was a threat to democracy, would he?

How do you know that the tapes don't contain footage that would determine the needed witnesses? Chutkan ruled that letting Trump see them would be a "fishing expedition."
