Or they will do it again with the new treaty as soon as they find it convenient
Just like their buddies Hamas
Use any pause to re-arm, then attack again

Then Ukraine doesn’t really have any incentive to stop fighting, do they? This is where we can send NATO troops to Ukraine as peacekeepers.

What does Ukraine get in return? The Zelensky will get a new condo in Miami and a cool $1 billion in FRNs tucked away in a Swiss bank account.

Not my circus, not my monkeys.
This.
There is way too much history and bad blood that has absolutely nothing to do with us. Nothing we do or don’t do will fix it.

It is the business of Ukraine what they are willing to do or not do to stop Russia from attacking them.
Of course land for peace generally ends with no land and no peace but entirely their business.
If the EU wants to get involved their business.
We should stay out of it.
BTW this is exactly what I predicted would happen once the US got tired of babysitting Europe. There will be a bunch of petty and not so petty wars because war is the natural state of Europe.
There is nothing they like as much as they like killing each other.

“Will we put American troops on whatever border is decided upon, ...”
How about putting US troops on the US border ?
I read all these NeoCons on here, trying to drag the entire NATO into the Ukraine War, and talking about how aggression must always be opposed anywhere and everywhere.
Well how about the “aggression” of an invasion by millions on the US southern border ?

What does Ukraine get? They get to keep what's left of their country and access to the Black Sea.
All annexed territory will remain with the Russian Federation. There is no chance any of it will ever be part of Ukraine again.
You're a sociopathic fool if think Ukrainian should keep dying in futile proxy war it can't win. The Ukrainians absolutely no leverage in any negotiations.
