The distraught parents of a four-year-old boy shot dead in their car have demanded to know why the gunman was free to kill after two recent arrests.

Why? Arrests are a thing of the past in Cali.
So....despite spending twice as much, the DA's, Judges, jails, and courts staffing, is producing only 1/4 of the services ensuring justice and criminal prosecution.

Why would you say that? The child's family is Armenian. Not everyone who lives in Southern California is a liberal.
