Jewish students file federal discrimination suit against Harvard, accuse Ivy of ‘enabling antisemitism’

A group of Jewish Harvard students has filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against the storied Ivy League institution, claiming university officials employ a “double standard” whereby they protect other groups from discrimination and harassment — but fail to do so when Jewish students are targeted.

The lawsuit filed Wednesday night alleges that the university has allowed students and faculty accused of engaging in antisemitic acts to remain on campus — and once even plied a mob of pro-Palestinian demonstrators “with burritos and candy.”

“Harvard’s antisemitism cancer — as a past Harvard president termed it — manifests itself as a double standard invidious to Jews,” reads the lawsuit, which was filed in Boston federal court and obtained by the Post. “Harvard selectively enforces its policies to avoid protecting Jewish students from harassment, hires professors who support anti-Jewish violence and spread antisemitic propaganda, and ignores Jewish students’ pleas for protection.”

I wondered when it was going to happen. But the really interesting thing here is that it is the elite students going after the elite college. Poor people don’t get into Harvard. The worm continues to turn.

Can white students file a lawsuit for what's being taught in classrooms? That whites are historically evil and responsible for all the ills of the world?

Or do whites not have standing, because we're not a "protected class"?

Enabling?

When the President of Harvard dissembles and equivocates, I think you could claim fostering!

Bones to Jim: Forget it. It’s Harvard!

Capt. Kirk: But I’m Jewish and we have a great diverse crew.
They loved Star Trek back in the day.

Bones: That was then when most universities weren’t Woke, Red, or anti-Semitic. Those days are long gone!

They will still enthusiastically and wholeheartedly embrace and vote for hyper liberal democrats who just want to use them and dispose of them when convenient.
And they’ll never question their own actions in it even as they get dragged off to gulags, still fervently believing in the correctness of leftism.

Or “had” a good law school. Lawsuit is one way to get back all those philanthropic donations. Harvard is one fat fowl of a target. Endowment is 50 Billion. Yale, Princeton, and Stanford not that far behind. Time for them to be cancelled.

They should be suing themselves. After all, they were FRONT AND CENTER in defending the ‘right’ of the Third World degenerates to take over our universities.

M. Bard, INS, June 14, 2003. “Section 117 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 mandates that universities report twice each year foreign gifts and contracts of $250,000 or more. For years, universities paid scant attention to the obligation, and the DoE did not enforce it. Hence, we sometimes only learn of contributions and contracts if they are publicized by the university. Reports became more detailed starting in 2019-2020 when the department called for greater transparency. Under President Biden, however, the department moved in the opposite direction and no longer reports the giftors to universities, so we know only the country they come from and whether the funding came from the government. We no longer can find out the names of individuals, companies, or institutions making donations.
When The Arab Lobby was published in 2010, I noted the DoE had reported that between 1986 and 2007, donors from Arab countries made more than 100 contributions worth more than $320 million to American universities. Most of the funding came after 9/11 as Arab states, particularly the Saudis, looked to improve their image in the United States. Nearly half of the gifts in the report came from Saudi sources. By far the largest donation on the list, nearly $85 million, was a contract between Qatar and Carnegie-Mellon for a council for information and technology. I noted in the book that it was likely the list represented only a fraction of the actual gifts.
