Nolte: Donald Trump Tops Joe Biden in 7 of 7 Crucial Swing States
Breitbart ^ | 01/31/204 | John Nolte

Posted on 01/31/2024 7:49:58 AM PST by ChicagoConservative27

The latest polling from Bloomberg News/Morning Consult shows former President Donald Trump beating His Fraudulency Joe Biden in seven out of seven swing states.

According to the poll, a big factor is Biden opening up our southern border to allow millions of unvetted illegal aliens to invade our country, suck the welfare rolls dry, and cancel out our votes:

Six in 10 swing-state voters say President Joe Biden bears responsibility for a surge in [illegtal immigrants] at the US-Mexico border, a downbeat signal for his reelection prospects as Republicans largely avoid blame on the issue, a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll found.

Biden again trails Donald Trump in each of the seven swing states in the monthly survey and lags Trump 42% to 48% across all those states in a head-to-head match-up. The former president’s lead grows to 9 percentage points when third-party candidates are included.

“Are you kidding? You don’t think Trump beats Biden? I mean even the Trump resistant votes for him behind closed curtain”
_________________________________________________

Here’s the concern. All these swing state polls mentioned in the article show Trump stuck in the mid to upper 40 percentile range. With as weak as the feeble Biden is, any credible GOP nominee should be leading with 55 - 60% in the polls today.

In 2020, Trump carried 46.8% of the popular vote, which should be considered his high water mark, as the electorate has strong feelings about Trump, and no one is changing their mind either way.

At a time when Trump should be attempting to expand his base and reach out to independents and suburban moderates in preparation for the General Election, for his own reasons he is moving in the opposite direction. I wonder how many suburban GOP women appreciate seeing him call a female rival “bird brain” and mock her dress? I wonder how many Italian Americans appreciated seeing Trump mock Ron DeSantis’ name for a full year. Why would Trump say Haley’s voters are not welcome in the MAGA movement, like he did last week? Why would he mock John McCain and his AZ GOP supporters by saying “I like war heroes who don’t get captured”?

As weak and corrupt as Biden is, his Democrat turnout machine remains as formidable as ever, especially in Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, Fulton County, Maricopa County and a few other strategic Democrat bastions.

I remain hopeful that someone may be able to remind Trump that a General Election strategy is quite different than bludgeoning a few GOP rivals with tens of millions of dollars in vicious attack ads.

Didn’t he top Biden in those same states in 2020??

“ should be leading with 55 - 60% in the polls today.

In 2020, Trump carried 46.8% of the popular vote”

I suggest that your reliance on these bogus numbers causes fear and doubt.

Your thinking that the media who reports them are not completely owned bought paid for and ordered around is the issue here.

Trump won (without the cheating) the general election twice.

In 2020, Trump carried 46.8% of the popular vote,

Oh that's right, you actually think Biden got 81 million votes.

I wonder how many Italian Americans appreciated seeing Trump mock Ron DeSantis’ name for a full year.

Trump was mocking DeSantis. The Italian Americans I know hate Biden and will vote for Trump.

At a time when Trump should be attempting to expand his base and reach out to independents and suburban moderates in preparation for the General Election...

Biden is destroying the suburbs. Most "moderates" and suburbanites I know see that.

I would welcome a Trump victory. Trump’s army is fiercely devoted to him, and this is admirable. The problem is his army alone is insufficient to win a General Election. Last summer, a very credible AP/IPSOS poll revealed that 53% of the electorate would not vote for Trump under any circumstances. This matches precisely his General Election result for 2020.

If his campaign approach remains on course, his only hope is that the electorate in a few swing states finds Biden even more repugnant than Trump.

Here is a summary:
AZ 47-44
GA 49-41
MI 47-42
NV 48-40
NC 49-39
PA 48-45
WI 49-44…
we all know that many MAGA folks respond to polsters with acriusing FU. I would imagine that adding another 5 to the trump margins would not be outside reality. These numbers understate the universe as it is

Hahaha

Btw. I was in combat. Trump supporters are not an ‘army’

You would have to define how it is an ‘army’ to continue that claim

Pennsylvania: Trump 48 / Biden 45 — Trump +3

The baby killing commie republicans in this state will make sure Biden takes the state.

Too many people will be watching closely this time around. If they try the same election bull shit they did in 2020, nobody will buy it. Biden wins over Trump? Everyone will know it’s 100 percent fraud. This time around they have to know this.

"Too many people will be watching closely this time around."

That sounds nice, but people tried to watch in 2020, and were barred, or moved so far away, they couldn't see shit. And the cheating was blatant, and obvious, even seen on camera, but nothing happened to anyone, so I'll remain skeptical, because you can't even count on Congressional Republicans to do anything about the cheating. They had 20 years to do something after Gore tried to steal the 2000 election, and they didn't even bring voter reform up during any of the times they had the majority in both Houses. Not even after the 2000 election was thrown to the Supreme Court, and voters had to wait a month before we knew who the new President was. Republicans acted as if nothing had happened.

Leopards don't change their spots, and Democrats will be cheating as usual in November.

Do not believe supposed good polling news. Act like super activists and pretend everyone has to keep working our assses off. Sometimes defeat comes from sheer over confidence, so beware that THAT is what some “sources” are trying to ahieve - our unreasobnable over confidence.

Exactly what I'm talking about! Been there done that. No one is going to go along with that BS again. Like Covid, they try that level of tyranny again and few if anyone will go along with all the BS restrictions they were peddling.

Not gong to happen next time.

I'll believe it when I see it, and will remain skeptical until proven wrong. That skepticism comes from having worked 25 years in uniform, in NY State prisons. I'm a 76 year old female. Worked only in male facilities, and was lucky enough to live to retire 20 years ago. God has been good to me.

You’re wrong. Democrats only cheat when the polls are within the margin of error. If Trump polls 8 points ahead of Biden, and Biden wins people would demand a recount. It’s why some democrat precincts don’t turn their ballot boxes in until after midnight - they’re waiting to see how many votes need to be added. Too many and it calls attention to the fraud - too few and ‘their guy’ loses.

"Democrats only cheat when the polls are within the margin of error."

Demonicrats (including Deep Staters and woke DAs & judges) have demonstrated Stage-4 TDS to such a degree that they will do whatever it takes to defeat Donald Trump in November. And the enemedia will counter any Trump-favoring polls with their own rigged polls showing Trump falling behind.

Better wear your hipwaders when sloshing through the political excrement Demonicrats will dump on the U.S. prior to the election.

Polls don’t mean nothing. BAD polls mean nothing. Polls that follow proper methodology can be predictive, especially the closer they come to the date of the election.

Your point about the election being 10 months away is a fair point, but it doesn’t mean the polls have no value. What’s particularly encouraging is that we’re seeing similar results across the vast majority of polls, even those that traditionally undercount Republican candidates. Of course polls tell you nothing about the potential effects of election fraud, but that’s a separate issue.
