Most Democrats won’t vote to impeach Biden no matter what he does. They don’t like the Constitution so they have no desire to enforce it on any subject. They want it gone, and their avarice for power knows no bounds.

The author is spot on.

The only difference between the Bidens and any other corrupt Beltway crime family is that the Bidens are too cheap, lazy and stupid to do it the “legal” way by hiding their racket behind a government policy think tank or other non-profit organization.

By its very definition, all politics involves a quid quo pro.

Bingo. I recall Jonathan Turley coming on fox briefly and stating their is no congressional law prohibiting family members from benefiting from connections etc.

This is stretched to the nth by the Biden scam or use son to enrich him , by selling influence, and then padding family members......

One set of laws for us, none for them

No such reason is causing us not to try impeaching him right now. There are practical reasons aka common sense ones for not attempting it literally, at this point. There’s quite a common sense, practical list that to me is obvious, so no, I do not think the GOP House hasn’t tried to go the impeachment route YET because of the reason you state. As far as Democrats go, nothing would surprise me as to why THEY would double down on support for Biden NO MATTER WHAT, under an attempted impeachment scenario.

Look at what the GOP is doing. Literally, investigating. An Inquiry and a serious one, is going on. Follow it and see what Jim Jordan and James Comer et al are bringing forth and will continue.

Resist the temptation to OVERSIMPLIFY because we know Biden
is the worst ever and should be impeached and removed from office NOW. Cannot happen as you wish nor when you wish.

The headline is good but the article goes off track and is little more than a screed over Ukraine.

Indict Biden and you’d have to indict most of the indicters.

bills leadership prioritizes have solely existed to create pig-outs for lobbyists who return the favor in big campaign donations, “speaking fees,” and payoffs to family members of lawmakers

“Is Biden Not Being Impeached Because His Crimes Are How D.C. Does Business?”

DemocRATS are immune from prosecution for “laws” they break. Republicans are prosecuted for breaking laws no one else gets prosecuted for breaking.
