WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) — The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) under President Joe Biden has submitted to the U.S. Office of Management & Budget (OMB) its finalized Title IX rule forcing widespread recognition of LGBT “identities” on the American education system in potentially its biggest gift yet to radical gender-fluidity activists.
The proposed rule, “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance,” is meant to advance the administration’s priorities on “Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” and “Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free from Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity,” according to its abstract, but the final text has not yet been released.

Title IX is enforce through spending. The schools cannot be forced but if they violate its provisions they lose their federal money. It is the federal spending on education that is unconstitutional and should be ended. With regard to any constitutional spending, the courts should rule that Congress cannot make it contingent on any matter that it cannot directly legislate.

Until that changes, the law is whatever Deep State says it is.
Get after your legislature. Every penny spent on a school cooperative should be a property tax credit. They’ll probably want to only give it for qualified schools where most students pass standardized tests. But if they put a condition on it that the school MUST teach LGBTQRSTUV BS and CRT, fuhgeddabout it. Just eat the tax and sue to have it voided on constitutional grounds.

LGBT is sooo last week. It’s species today.
North Korea doesn’t do this to its children. It’s closer to God than the US regime.
So, I have to sue the gubmint thieves. This country sucks.
All the while claiming Trump and pubbies are the "authoritarians".
If they were just thieves, it were one thing. But they’re home invaders, trying to corrupt your kids and expecting you to go along with it. If lawsuits won’t stop them, and elections become tainted on a regular basis, there’s only one alternative, and it’s a very bad one. Let’s hope Trump manages to win.
