Nuland Resigned Because Blinken Did Not Make Her No. 2 at State, Veteran US Diplomat Says

Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, a driving force in keeping Ukraine at war with Russia, announced her resignation because she was passed over for further promotion in favor of Kurt Campbell, ex-US diplomat and former State Department consultant on US-Russia relations James Carden told Sputnik. Nuland, who had served under Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott in President Bill Clinton's administration in the 1990s, was a favorite of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and ran European and Eurasian affairs as assistant secretary of state under Hillary Clinton's successor, John Kerry. She then served as acting deputy secretary of state for seven months under Secretary of State Antony Blinken and was considered a leading candidate to take over the post, but the position then went to the highly experienced Campbell instead. Campbell was confirmed by the Senate on February 6.

No surprise that Sputnik chooses James Carden for comment, since he appears to have been plying the Neville Chamberlain oar in the media for some time now.

She did NOT RESIGN. She RETIRED with a VERY SWEET PENSION and lots of impending EASY MONEY SINECURES. Probably a book deal also.

There are complications when you sell your soul to Satan. Dang! She was a looker! She got her first job in the Clinton Administration. You know as soon as Slick spotted that, he found a position or dare I say a few positions to put her in.

Doubtful. She tells Blinken what to do. He’s a puppet.

“She then served as acting deputy secretary of state for seven months under Secretary of State”

Vacancies Act
“When a vacancy occurs, the position can be filled by an acting officer for 210 days “

In my book 210=210. How many genuine coincidences occur in Uniparty, DC?

And don’t forget a no-show faculty position at Georgetown or Harvard.

Here’s a theory. Her specialty is planning color revolutions. We all know one is coming in November. They will either steal it or move to take to the streets to overthrow a Trump election.

Lets say she is going to be up to her eyeballs in that project. And lets say she knows being out of government protects her from FOIA and and oversight.

Just a theory.

I think you are reading too much into this. Nuland was Acting Deputy Secretary of State since last July, but I believe she was still working in her original role in the Biden administration as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.

She had been confirmed unanimously to that post, so Senate confirmation for this one would not have been an issue. She’s a warmongering globalist … which means Lindsey Graham would bring every Republican out of the Senate bathhouse to make sure she’s confirmed to any position.

Or maybe she’ll simply migrate to the private sector and continue her meddling.

One would have to be a fool to believe that after being up to her eyeballs in running the Uke disaster as recently as Monday that she’d just walk away from it. She’ll continue calling the shots from some position either officially in DC or from behind the scenes.

BS. I served over 8 years in the foreign service. Foreign Service personnel do not run America Color Revolutions. That is the job of the CIA. ot eveen woke Biden would further discredit State by appointment of a know intelligence operative as rhe No 2.

She is being removed for her colossal Frac up in Ukraine.
She has list all credibility.

Rumors are she was involved in the damous German phone call. War planning is not in the State Department job description.

If she had any honor she would commit suicide like most general officers when their soldiers all are killed from their continously bad decisions.

Her 2 dozen attempts at color revolutions finally bit her in the ass.

Again, Diplomats do not engage in color revolutions. They conduct diplomacy. Calling her a member of the Department of State is supposed to give her position cover of diplomatic immunity.

Liberals and woke give State a bad name... strap hangers like Nuland give American a bad name.
