And once they pack the court, it will rule that the 2nd is null and void and a host of other things that the left has asserted all these years.

Didn’t we fight a Revolutionary War to prevent chit like this?

For some of us, our ancestors did. America, today, has less fight - and probably the same percentage of Tories.

The radical left doesn’t want to hear other peoples words out of their mouths.

The radical left demands that only THEIR WORDS are spoken out of others mouths.

Haha! My bad. Sometimes the sarcasm does not compute with me until it’s pointed out. I should know better, this IS FR.

Every candidate running for office has a right to due process.

In my mind that requires photo ID or other positive confirmation of identity, such as by sworn affirmation by a neighbor or relative with photo ID.

“only 29 percent of California’s registered voters will turn in their [mail-in] ballots, falling below the current record low of 31 percent in 2012.”

“2022 saw a 33 percent turnout”

The purpose of the secret ballot is to make it impractical for people to sell their vote.

Mail-in ballots defeat the purpose of ballot secrecy.

Mail-in ballots should only be allowed in cases where a person could not otherwise vote.

I believe ballot secrecy is required by international treaty.

“Article 25
Every citizen shall have the right and the opportunity, without any of the distinctions mentioned in article 2 and without unreasonable restrictions:
(a) To take part in the conduct of public affairs, directly or through freely chosen representatives;
(b) To vote and to be elected at genuine periodic elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret ballot, guaranteeing the free expression of the will of the electors;”

DemocRats have been ignoring the Constitution since the beginning. It is the nature of all governments to seek to centralize and increase their power.

“Yes some think we’re done already. You haven’t seen anything yet.”

Exactly, we heap a lot of disdain on Manchin but he Senema ended up being the firewall. The rats had their SC committee seated and ready to go. We would have 6 more hard core rat SC justices right now were it not for those two. So yeah the next time the rats get all 3 hell will rain down.
