GA judge just gave Trump a legal “wink and a nod”… now, it all makes sense…

President Trump just notched a legal win that may shed some light on the bizarre decision made by the judge in the Big Fani dismissal case. In a moment that felt suggestive in a “wink and a nod” kind of way, Judge McAfee not only granted Trump a substantial triumph but also opened the door for rectifying his own unjust ruling by approving Trump’s appeal request in Georgia. It appears as if McAfee wanted to wash his hands clean and defer to a higher court, almost as if he was encouraging Trump’s team to seek an appeal and give Big Fani the bum rush right out the door.

The New York Post:

Donald Trump won a legal victory in the Georgia election fraud case against him Wednesday, when a judge granted him the right to appeal his ruling allowing District Attorney Fani Willis to stay on the case.

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee granted the former president’s motion seeking an immediate review by Georgia’s Court of Appeals of his bombshell ruling on Friday allowing the embattled DA to continue prosecuting the case, despite her affair with lead prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Trump and seven other co-defendants seeking to boot Willis did not have an automatic right to appeal before the start of a trial.

However, McAfee granted the rare measure, citing the importance of the case — which has potentially huge implications for the expected Republican presidential nominee.

Trump lawyer Steve Sadow called McAfee’s Wednesday decision “highly significant” and added he’s hopeful the appeal will win.

“The defense is optimistic that appellate review will lead to the case being dismissed and the DA being disqualified,” he added.

Attorney and Town Hall contributor Phil Holloway had this to say about the ruling:

Judge grants “certificate of immediate review” in the #FaniWillis disqualification motion

This means the Court of Appeals has to also approve, but it’s likely to be allowed

The issue is too important

From the judge’s standpoint, he hit a booming spiral punt with terrific hang-time.

Can we all just start Praying for God to intervene with these evil, satanic triads of Satan… wish God did more like what Peter experienced in Acts when two selfish people lied about their monies before God and He struck the. Dead. And they got carried out by their feet. God is NOT mocked….

The judge knew he was in a pickle. He gave it a try to split the baby, hoping the Fulton machine wouldn’t devour him.

After the ruling, he realized he was dead meat - only 100% fealty to the civil rights mob is acceptable - so having reverted to reality, he made the proper ruling and accepted his likely fate (retaining a glimmer of hope for reelection).

For all of you ripping McAfee for being a complete coward, and sellout, you might want to consider he had the authority to rule completely in Willis and Wade’s favor, and even refuse Trump the right to appeal.

He may not have gone quite as far in finding them guilty as he could have, or really should have, but he went a long way in requiring at least one of them resign, and painting them both with indelible ink that was literally begging for an appeal to the higher court.

And if the appeals court panel of judges rule to remove Willis, if not sign an immediate, or eventual, death warrant for the entire case, that would actually carry more weight long term than if McAfee had tried to do something similar, all on his own.

I’m not holding my breath until that happens, but McAfee did not sell Trump completely out as is being alleged.

Trump does not own Trump
Tower. He’s the “landlord”
as he leases the building
from a German investment
company.
He does own five different
buildings in Manhattan.

those two were Church attending believers who were of the opinion they could get away with lying to the Holy Spirit...

I suspect God WOULD be up for blindness on the road to damascus... like with Saul of Tarsus... however.
If that happened on the road to Damascus Georgia by divine fiat... it would be almost funny to report on.

Saul experienced a killed or converted moment as his “personalized by God” catalyst for permanent and immediate change.
That disability was permanent until... God sent the murderer a prophet/slash healer... to settle his sight and focus on serving the kingdom he was trying to destroy.

Stinks. it stinks.
Judge should do his own job.
Did he swear to uphold some constitution?
If he had his fingers crossed while his hand was on the Bible is that a valid exemption?

However it plays out, McFee’s moves are all being done to protect the Raffensberger and his deputy clowns. They don’t to run the risk of Raffensberger, Fuchs or Sterling having to get put in the witness stand.

She is more powerful than nearly anyone else in Fulton County

In a sense you are right, but she isn’t the one holding the power. She’s the figurehead. Merely a puppet for the ones have the real power. Who they are would be hard to name.

Hell, Kemp has no power. He’s more of a puppet than due to taking money and being bought and paid for movie folks, Rivian and few other clownish companies that are in Georgia.

One of which nice tax breaks/incentives so they can build electric planes at the same the electric cars fade away. It’s funny, if you go by the building site, I’m not seeing where 1000 can fit, let alone work at the plant.
