I used to be SDA, but I’m not anymore because I find they abandoned their mandate to allow God’s word speak for itself and not hold onto any notions that are proven wrong and be willing to adopt doctrine as it is proven correct.
However, I am convinced they are correct on this one bit of prophecy and they will be proven correct about the US. All the clues fit about the US being the Second Beast of Revelations.

No. The USA was not around in Jesus’ day. Even the second Beast was around then.
Many clues, in fact, indicate the USA to have been founded by one of the tribes of Israel. The beast(s) are both gentile.
